These terms apply when you browse the HW Luxury album, create an account, contact us, or use an interactive feature.
Album information
The site is a visual catalog and inquiry service. It does not accept online payment. Availability, specifications, custom options, timing, and any commercial terms must be confirmed directly before an order is accepted.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not automate account creation, verification-code requests, scraping, or feature usage in a way that disrupts the service or consumes paid resources.
AI try-on
AI try-on is an illustrative preview and may not reproduce exact wrist size, material, color, lighting, or fit. Do not rely on an AI image as a final product specification. You must own or have permission to upload each photo and must not upload unlawful, private, or sensitive content belonging to another person.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal evaluation and legitimate product inquiries. You may not attack, probe, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected services, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's identity, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Third-party services
Links and integrations such as WhatsApp, email delivery, hosting, and image generation are operated by third parties and may be governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
HW Luxury site design, original branding, and original content are protected. Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Display of a mark does not by itself imply sponsorship or affiliation.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or retire features to protect users, maintain the service, control costs, or comply with law. We may update these terms and will show the effective date of the current version.
