Privacy Notice
This notice explains how HW Luxury handles information when you browse the album, create an account, contact us, or use AI try-on.
Information we handle
- Account information such as email address, display name, password hash, verification status, and marketing preferences.
- Security information such as hashed IP and device signals, session records, verification attempts, and abuse-prevention events.
- Contact and consent records when you ask about an item, subscribe, unsubscribe, or join a future campaign.
- AI try-on source photos, the selected product, generation status, usage limits, and generated result images.
- Limited performance events such as load time, image failures, and API errors. We do not store search text in performance events.
How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts, protect the service, answer requests, display and improve the album, provide features you request, enforce usage limits, and send marketing only where consent allows it.
AI try-on photos
Only upload a photo you own or have permission to use. Registered-user source photos are scheduled to expire after 7 days. Validated generated results are scheduled to expire after 180 days unless you delete them sooner. When live generation is enabled, the source photo and selected watch reference may be sent to the configured image-generation provider solely to complete your request. They are not used by HW Luxury to train a model.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database, object storage, and delivery services. Postmark provides transactional email delivery. An image-generation provider will process AI try-on requests only after that feature is enabled. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Retention and security
Verification codes and expired technical records are removed on scheduled retention windows. Passwords are stored as strong one-way hashes, not plaintext. Administrative access is restricted and audited. No internet service can promise absolute security, so we continuously review these controls.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Signed-in users can delete one AI try-on request or clear the full private try-on library. Storage deletion runs in the background with automatic retries. You may also request access or correction by contacting hwsales@hw-luxury-watch.com. We may retain redacted or pseudonymous records required for security, fraud prevention, consent evidence, or legal obligations.
Updates
We may update this notice as features or providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
